anyone can serve salad. we serve it up a different way. we start by using
the freshest ingredients. then we add our own creativity. because food doesn’t
only have to taste good, it has to look good. if it doesn’t, we don’t look good.

appetizers.

this is just a sampling, or what we call “appeteasers.” we have more than a dozen mouth-watering appetizers to jump-start those appetites and conversations.

T-N-T wonton

sushi-grade tuna, coated with lemon pepper-infused spices, seared, then sliced and served on crispy fried wontons and finished with a light wasabi mayo and hoisin dot.

jumbo lump crab-stuffed mushrooms

large capped mushrooms generously stuffed with our jumbo lump crabmeat blend and topped with a light dijon aioli.

mini baked brie

individually mini brie, wrapped in a puff pastry and baked until golden brown. served drizzled with a fresh strawberry compote glaze.

baby caprese

fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil and light balsamic glaze completes this well rounded and refreshing classic, served in shot glasses.

chicken satay

an american twist on an asian classic, done our way. epic’s special marinade is added to all-white meat chicken, skewered, grilled and served with a spicy peanut sauce.

tenderloin crustini

tender pieces of chopped filet cooked deliciously and blended with gorgonzola crumbles. top a warm garlic crustini with this for an epic experience to remember.

got a corporate luncheon coming up? maybe your women’s group is meeting? or you’re hosting a special party and you’re tired of the same old same old. relax. we do lunch.

mixed greens salad

mixed field greens tossed with diced green apples, sliced red grapes, candied walnuts, maytag blue cheese crumbles, and a light raspberry-vinaigrette.

vegetarian pasta salad

diced zucchini, onion, roasted red peppers, and pimento olives tossed with cold penne pasta in our house dressing and seasonings.

turkey brie croissant

oven-roasted sliced deli turkey breast with fresh brie cheese, shaved granny smith apples, and whole grain honey mustard between fresh croissants and served with cranberry mayo on the side.

applewood BLT stackers

applewood smoked bacon, green leaf lettuce, and sliced beefsteak tomato between seasoned oven toast rounds with a light pesto spread.

epic caesar wrap

white meat chicken breast, crisp romaine lettuce, and shaved parmesan cheese wrapped inside a thin flour tortilla and served with our zesty and creamy caesar dressing.

tuscan tornadoes

salami, capicola, ham, and provolone in a spinach wrap with lettuce, roasted red pepper, onion, julienned pepperchini, and tomato with a light garlic-pesto spread.

who is epicatering?

phillip kilinski started his career
in the restaurant business, working
for emeril lagasse restaurants,
smith & wollensky steakhouse-
south beach and most recently,
banquet and service manager
with spice modern steakhouse in
winter park. phillip is passionate
when it comes to customer service
and he excels when it comes to
creative cuisine and cooking up
unique, custom-designed menus
to please the most discriminating
tastes and budget-minded group.
